While our agents are trained to retain a customer’s business, they are also trained to cancel a customer's account should they still wish to do so. We identified the agent you spoke to and have addressed this matter with them. Our Customer Advocacy Group tried to contact you to insure we have fully addressed your request, but they were unable to reach you. A message was left explaining that your account had been closed and your orders have been refunded as requested. Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention.

BEWARE!

I had an extremely negative experience with Health Works Omega XL. I had tried to cancel my account a mouth earlier and was "talked into" keeping the account open, they extended a small discount and said I should at least try the products for 3 months. After the three months I had stomach issues taking OmegaXL and also my doctor recommended I stop taking any vitamins before a scheduled surgery.

My boss had order the product at the same time. She happened to tell me she was having stomach disorders and stopped taking the OmegaXL and they went away. I told her I had stomach disorders as well since taking the OmegaXL.

When I tried to cancel my account the second time, I also got the runaround, the first rep tried to convince me to keep the account open and could not refund the new payment, and he transferred me to someone else, went through the same routine. After 30 minutes I was told they would refund $25.00 of the $40.00 payment (which had not been processed but was "pending" in my account). But for me to get the $25.00 refund I had to keep the account open until Nov. 2015! Five more months! I said NO, please close this account and refund the money, they wouldn't refund the money if I closed my account. And, the charge was for the next shipment, it had not even shipped yet! I said my account better be closed and I'll be out the $40.00 dollars!

Do NOT do business with this company, they have too many gimmicks and high pressure sales people, and NO customer service. I don't believe the product works, plus it is overpriced. Now, my boss has asked me to cancel her account with them, I am certain I will have the same experience. I'll be sure to leave another review.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $80.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Cancellation process, Poor customer service, Misleading advertisements.
