We’re sorry to learn that you have had difficulty reaching us. However, the service professionals in
our Customer Advocacy Group have reviewed the audio records associated with your account and we find that spoke with our representatives on 5 different occasions since placing your initial order.

During each of those calls you agreed to continue receiving shipments of Omega XL. In response to your complaint, our staff has cancelled your future shipments and has issued a refund.

Regarding the efficacy of Omega XL, we have hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers who
continue to purchase our product monthly and to enjoy the benefits of its inflammation reducing
qualities. If a customer feels that Omega XL has not been effective we may recommend an increased dose.

After numerous attempts to contact the cancelation department for Omega XL which does not work, no one EVER answers the phone.The recording says the same thing over and over, "working to put more people to work" but that never seemed to be the case.

Had to cancel my credit card in order to get away from future orders. They initially tell you that you need only to take 1 or 2 small pills a day. Then when they are not the results you are expecting they tell you to take up to 6 a day. Therefore needing to order more frequently.

That is false advertisement.

Good luck trying to cancel any future orders.There is obviously no cancelation department at all.

I didn't like: Unresponsiveness, Lying company.
