I had to place two separate phone calls within two months of each other, today placing the second call to cancel my auto shipments. The first call I spoke with a female and she did her best to try to get my not to cancel my order but I told her my husband was the one taking the OmegaXL and he no longer wanted it and to cancel the order.

She finally told me the order would be canceled and I would no longer receive any more orders. Today (1/7/21) I received an email confirmation of my order being shipped along with a tracking number. I placed another call, actually just got off the call with a guy that insisted on asking me why my husband no longer wanted to take it, I should have more left, he would put me on a suspended plan instead of canceling and on and on. I started raising my voice demanding he stop getting into my private issues and cancel the subscription.

Even with me raising my voice he still took his time canceling my order. After 17 minutes total phone time he claimed my order was canceled and I would no longer receive any more orders and would be getting an email of cancellation confirmation. I havent received the email yet and Im concerned that he too didnt cancel my order. Thus is so ridiculous!

I havent received this kind of customer care service in years. Even if we wanted to resume our subscription itll never happen after these experiences.
