I recently had open heart surgery and found that any fish oil supplement influences clotting factors. I had ordered Omega XL while recuperating and had thought it may help overall inflammation.
Who knows? It may. The point is that I could not take it given my present medical situation. I called customer support and listened to messages of concern and service while I waited 45 minutes.
Customer service is terrible! If they truly believe in their product it should stand on its own merits.
Don't make it hard to come and go. Don't try to sell a customer once he has said no.
