I specifically told the representative that I didn't want to subscribe to the product, yet they put me on the list and began charging my credit card anyway.I even told them that I might enjoy the product, but if they add me to the subscription, the I would never purchase the product ever.

They still added me to the subscription. They representative was even argumentative when I told her not to do this. I believe they do this on purpose because there are probably enough consumers that let this go to make it worth there while.

This is very unscrupulous practice.
