Company plays a long phone recording making product claims in order not to answer your calls on the cancel shipment line. Been trying to cancel for days then after half an hour of waiting another recording comes on and says they're having technical difficulties and hangs up.

What I do when ordering anything online is to use prepaid visa's that u can get at any drug store.I have one that I keep a very small balance on and another one with a little more for places like Amazon.

That way if u order a trial offer or similar they will only get payment for that one shipment or trial offer period if u forget to cancel something or they try to rip u off.Learned the hard way
