When I called them, I was put on hold for 7-10 minutes.Then a "supervisor" came on and told me they were having problems with the phones and would call me back in a few minutes.
They never called back. I tried to send an email but it was undeliverable. I then attempted to fax them, but the fax could not be delivered. This happened over the course of a week.
Finally, I canceled my credit card and that got a response. They began calling to let me know they couldn't process my order. I called them back and told them what happened. They tried to get me to continue at a lower rate or some other arrangements.
Whether the oil works I couldn't say as I saw no results after a couple of months.Their business practices sure don't seem like the mark of an ethical or honest company.
