I STARTED TRYING TO CANCEL THIS PRODUCT BACK IN OCT A COUPLE WEEKS OF RECEIVING IT.THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL & HONOR REFUND.

I CALLED SEVERAL MORE TIMES WELL WITHIN THE 90 MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. THEY JUST KEPT REFUSING, SAYING JUST TRY IT A LITTLE LONGER TO GIVE IT A CHANCE TO WORK. MORE I USED THE WORSE MY MEMORY AND HEAD TIGHTNESS GOT. IN DECEMBER SENT ME ANOTHER FREE BOTTLE, JUST TO GET ME OVER THE 90 LIMIT, YET LED ME TO BELIEVE THIS WOULD NOT INVALIDATE THE 90 TRIAL PERIOD, CALL BACK BY 1-19-12 TO CANCEL IF I STILL WANTED TO AND NOW THEY REUFSE TO HONOR THE REFUND.

this has to be the worst company i have ever dealt with
