They found that, contrary to your complaint, you agreed to continue receiving shipments after a temporary hiatus. Consequently, a new order was shipped to you on December 15, 2015. As you had not provided a new address, it was sent to your old one. i called and canceled my order in September, here it is December and my account has been charged and the customer service man said I cannot get a refund. First off I have moved and will not be getting the order I did not order!

Second this is an unauthorized charge! This is called stealing!! I think a lawer should get involved to protect the costumer, I have a feeling I am not the only one with this issue.

Horrible customer service! I called 4 times only to receive wait times of 45 minutes to 65 minutes.

Once contact was made with supervisor Christopher Lang and Tony, I expressed my desire to cancel my order. I was told cancellation #s were not given. I found this to be a bit strange. Two weeks later my bank account was billed an additional $25 more dollars.

It would appear that Great Health Works is a scam company or at the very best a disorganized one.

Their products MAYBE great I cannot say, but their business practices are a P-in the-A. Stay Away!!!

i first called on a Monday and they said that it would be a 30 minute wait so I decided to call back on Tuesday. When I called Tuesday they said I had a 25 minute wait.

I decided to wait. After a 20 minute wait a woman comes on the phone and asks me for my number. There is so much noise in the background that she has to ask me a few times. After the second time of me giving my number she decides to hang up on me.

I find this so frustrating that I want to cancel my order now but I have no one to tell this too. I did write to customer service and got no response

Alot like most of the other reviews, the product is a joke, scam, and a few other four letter words i can think of. i noticed NO difference, NONE!!!

And when buying the junk from them directly you end up getting charged every month for a year if you dont read closely. DO YOUR HOMEWORK on this SCAM, or just do urself a favor and don't waste your money.

As we state in our advertising, it may take 6 to 12 weeks for Omega XL to be fully effective. Nutritional supplements are not pharmaceuticals and the body takes longer to absorb and utilize them. It is unfortunate that you did not simply call and cancel your order. At that time you might have been eligible for a refund.

I bought omega xl and took it every day. I got a call from someone who encouraged me to order more.

Since I didn't feel any better than I did a month after starting it, I tried to cancel, but after reading other reviews, I just got a new credit card and blocked them from being able to call my number. I'm not buying it again.

I will go back to krill oil and try stretching more to relieve some of the joint pain. 53inohio

I Just ordered Omega xl online after seeing an infomercial. After 10 minutes I realized I never check reviews on the product.

I found 100's of complaints with product, returns and repeat billing. So I decided to call and cancel. I called the main number and waiting on hold for 10 minutes. They said I would have to call another number and couldn't transfer me so I called that one.

I gave all of my information to a gentleman(I use that term loosely) he interrupted me and said I have to get you to a different department. I was put on hold for an additional 14 minutes to have the pleasure of speaking with Ruth. I told her I wanted to cancel my order and she looked up my information and said the order had been processed and shipped so I would have to send the product back and they would credit the product but not the shipping. I explained to her that I had just placed the order prier to this call and I looked up the reviews and didn't want her to ship it at all.

She said she couldn't even process the recurring charges till after 30 days. I told Ruth that I would be making a call to my credit card company and have the charges stopped at my end and she said that I would still be responsible for the shipping and handling.. Again I said RUTH! It hasn't been shipped yet.

I just placed the order! She proceeded to tell me that she had been using the product for 3 years and how well it worked for her. She wanted to know my reasons for returning it. I reminded her of their "No questions asked" return policy and she continued to tell me the benefits of the Snake oil.

An how I would be happier if I left the recurring billing in place because any interruption in the use of the product would result in unwanted results. I again told her there will be no interruption because I don't want to try it at all. These people are crazy. High pressure Snake Oil of century salespeople.

After 15 minutes going round and round she said she would see if her supervisor could go to the warehouse and pull the shipment so I wouldn't be charged. Really? This is all I wanted in the first place and your no questions asked return policy just cost me 45 wasted minutes on hold and the phone. Shame on Larry King for endorsing such a product.

I have a know new view of Celebrity endorsed products. Never Again!
