2020 has been a very difficult year. Due to serious life changes, Due to the cost, I decided to stop receiving Omega XL.
I called, and after a long conversation he assured me it was cancelled.
The following day, I received an email stating my subscription had not been cancelled but only postponed. This is not I wanted. I called back and talked to a different service rep. He assured me he could help me.
Like the first rep,
this rep started with the small talk starting with my daily dosage. No matter what I say, it was the wrong dosage. He could send me another bottle free of charge of course. I explained to this 2nd rep, I wasn't interested in small talk, I knew what he was trying to do.
I called to cancel my order and nothing else.
He laughed. For this reason alone, I wouldn't order Omega again if it cured arthritis.
