Every time I call they put me on hold for excessive periods of time, especially when it is close to billing time.When I called and wanted to change my billing information they promptly came to the phone, but when I told them I wanted to cancel my subscription, they connected me to a different department, needless to say the other department never came to the phone and after 15 minutes of waiting they sent me to voice mail.
They will put me on hold for 20 -30 minutes or never come to the phone.
One time, after holding 30 minutes someone actually answered and pretended they couldn't hear me then hung up the phone!I have been trying to contact them to cancel my subscription unsuccessfully for 3 months.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $136.
Preferred solution: Cancel my subscription.
