i called and canceled my order in September, here it is December and my account has been charged and the customer service man said I cannot get a refund.First off I have moved and will not be getting the order I did not order!
Second this is an unauthorized charge! This is called stealing!! I think a lawer should get involved to protect the costumer, I have a feeling I am not the only one with this issue.
