Absolutley ridiculous.Just a money making scam, pile of ***.

I placed an order in September 2016 In December 2016 the shipment didn't show up! I called to find out what happened, thinking maybe it was delayed due to the holidays and to discontinue my order. The representative I spoke with ensured me that it was on the way as was the January shipment and that he would cancel following shipments but he would send a free bottle for February to make sure we wanted to stop it. He was to give me a $30 refund at that time and the rest of the refund later when I was to call back in February 2017 and he gave me his extension (which *** like I threw out).

He ensured me it was within the 90 days (not sure how he calculated that, nor do I know why he didn't give me the full refund then.) If I had known I would have stopped everything then, never fooled around with the "free" bottle and calling back in February. Might have known that sounded sketchy. I hung up the phone with him and approximately 10 minutes later, he returned my call just to confirm that "I would get what I was promised." What a joke! Luckily for me I sent an email in January 'just in case' to make sure it was cancelled.

Apparently he didn't cancel anything in December, it was only cancelled by my email in January. Then of course when I phoned about the refund in February, like I was told to do, I was told it was outside of the 90 days!!!! BUT in December he told me it was within the 90 days. The lady I spoke with in February said he hadn't made any notes of that and for some reason my order had been on hold (which nobody requested).

So I guess that's why the order was delayed in December? She also said that if an order is on hold the 90 day time frame may be extended, but for some reason that don't apply to me!! However, as a "courtsey" they would apply a $50 refund. She also stated that there are only about 40 employees there and the manager knows who the first representative is.

I called again in February asking to speak with him and was told that it is not possible. They cannot transfer the call. A company like this cannot transfer calls?! So after wasting nearly $400 canadian dollars on this *** that did nothing to improve any health condition I get about $80 refund when I was "PROMISED" a complete one.

Also, to ship to Canada we have to pay the exchange rate but when it arrived it said it was shipped from Ontario!!

What a bunch of crooks.Never ever again.
