I heard the same message for 1 hour. I had to hang up.
I tried again later and got the same. Overwhelming response is not an infrequent message but standard. I am still trying to cancel the order and my Mom said she never received any order. I did not follow up with her assuming the order would be handled promptly and so five months have gone by.
( I am on auto pay ) I have never experienced any worse customer service.
Have not heard back yet to the email I sent. I guess the next move will be the credit card company the payments are being charged to.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Poor customer service, Cancellation process.
