I heard the same message for 1 hour.I had to hang up.

I tried again later and got the same. Overwhelming response is not an infrequent message but standard. I am still trying to cancel the order and my Mom said she never received any order. I did not follow up with her assuming the order would be handled promptly and so five months have gone by.

( I am on auto pay ) I have never experienced any worse customer service.

Have not heard back yet to the email I sent.I guess the next move will be the credit card company the payments are being charged to.

Similar issue.Called to cancel (guess that's why they have you push #3 ...

Cancel button ... goes into "loop"), but testimonials and "sorry" recording, but no person. After a bit, the phone just went dead.

Sent them an email and called credit card company and have blocked them from any future charges.IF they try to send me product, it will be refused and sent back to them.
