We offer a money back guarantee for the first 90 days following the placement of a customer's initial order. Customers are welcome to modify their accounts at any time, including cancellations, via telephone (1-800-488-8082) or email (support@greathealthworks.com). Unfortunately, as of this date, we are not able to offer this service on line. The service professionals in our Customer Advocacy Group have contacted you, and your shipments have been cancelled, as requested. Refunds totaling $183.80 are being issued to your Visa account. Because you initiated chargebacks against 3 of your orders the banking system will not allow us to refund your credit card for those orders. Instead, we are sending a refund check to you in the amount of $275.70.

Do yourself a favor and don't order anything from this company; Omega XL, Great Healthworks.I tried to cancel this subscription via their website (multiple times) to no avail.

FINALLY, I had to contact my credit card company and have them blocked from debiting my account monthly. I returned 5 boxes of this product to the company. They refuse to refund the money OR return the products to me. This stuff is about $96/month.

I'm out $500 AND the product. I would strong advise anyone to avoid this company and their product!

It's an absolute nightmare!!FYI: you MUST cancel within 90 days of your initial call, this is NOT a 90 day return policy.
