I canceled my order of the probiotics e your company 3 WEEKS AGO as they did not agree with my system &;;; caused severe stomach pain. To my surprise, my bank just sent me an e-mail billing me for yet another order of this product!!!

I was also charged close to $80 for my order of Omega XL. I was specifically told that the amount would be no more than $40 every month & I repeated & constantly questioned the young man who took my order about this. (I understand that this conversation is recorded so I encourage you to listen to how many times I asked him...)

I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT afford close to $80 each month... I only need the 30-day supply!!!!

I.cannot believe that I am unable to get in touch with anyone at your company on the weekends because I need this order - BOTH products -canceled immediately.

If they are received at my residence I will refuse them and, unfortunately, plan to stop payment.. I am absolutely in the right in taking this action, as I did EVERYTHING I was told to do!!!

I cancelled the probiotic 3 weeks ago... (Actually, I had to wait on hold for so long that I was given the option of leaving my phone number per your recorded message) and, after almost 1.5 hours later, I finally received a call from a female CSR & SHE canceled the probiotic at that time - or at least she SAID it was done.

It was also during this same conversation that I once again clarified that I was only going to be billed for just a 30-day Omega XL order, totaling (I'm rounding it up) close to $40 so the fact that I was woke up by my cell phone getting not one, but TWO. back-to-back text messages... I was sound asleep from having surgery on my liver, only to find 2 msgs from bank showing I have been erroneously billed a grand total of $94.88...

This is a gross & egregious error on your behalf - the complete lack of your CSRs NOT listening & NOT doing their jobs... (Personally, I hope that they did not screw up because they're working on commission --that's just a total lack of morals & speaks quite poorly of their character...)

Bottom line, here's what I need to happen forthwith.... I want the order of Probiotics totally cancelled and a FULL refund - INCLUDING the shipping credited to my account. As far as the Omega XL, it has in fact helped me; however, I REFUSE to pay close to $80 a month for a product... especially when I was told it would be around $39!!! (I have my notes at work but am currently on Spring Break right now. Unfortunately, all school districts in Florida were informed late this afternoon that, until the Coronavirus epidemic is cleared, we are not permitted to return to work.)

This, of course, means no paycheck until we return so, that is just adding to my stress & anger - that such an amount was erroneously taken out of my account, so you can understand the urgency and my EXTREME anger that this happened, and why I need this matter resolved expeditiously..

I'm very good at budgeting my money and had only planned on the $39 for the 30-day Omega XL to be taken out - not the amount of $75 + the $20 for the Probiotics!!!!! Honestly, it's almost like a scam you're trying to pull!!! Prove me wrong on this!!!! You have basically taken money out of my account méant for other expenditures... I need that money back ASAP!!!!

I need an Administrator or Supervisor to call me back forthwith @ either 407-668-8592 or 407-533-8128 and let me know how & when this is going to be handled because, if I get the package, I'm sending it back -unopened of course - with the full expectation of receiving a complete get refund - INCLUDING shipping (since it should never have been sent in the first place)...
