Customer Service will not cancel order and/or refund my money as they promised and guarantee. The CS rep was incredibly rude when i asked to cancel place me on hold and promised to return in 4-5 minutes but never returned to the line.

After holding for 11 minutes I just hung up.

These companies, such as Omega XL, who make it impossible to get the refunds they guarantee should be stopped. One way to start to force them to do what they said they would do is to flood their social media sites.

Most companies have several social media sites. For example, go to Omega XL's Facebook page and write your experience. If they don't allow you to post on their wall, write your experience in their comments section.

Maybe even write it in the comments in several of their posts. You may find that they will contact you to try to resolve your issue.

I too, like many others, ordered this product and received my first months supply. After taking the pills for three weeks, I was called by the company to verify an auto ship of another month's supply.

On March 4, I told the rep that I was not pleased with the results and that my doctors had told me that the product was rubbish. I declined further shipments. On March 15, my debit card was hit for 96.85 by this company. I called and was told that I had to wait two months for my refund.

Essentially, she said that is how they handled cancelled customers and it was their company policy. Do not - DO NOT fall for their "lab reports" and "celebrity endorsements" It is all bogus!

I Just ordered Omega xl online after seeing an infomercial. After 10 minutes I realized I never check reviews on the product.

I found 100's of complaints with product, returns and repeat billing. So I decided to call and cancel. I called the main number and waiting on hold for 10 minutes. They said I would have to call another number and couldn't transfer me so I called that one.

I gave all of my information to a gentleman(I use that term loosely) he interrupted me and said I have to get you to a different department. I was put on hold for an additional 14 minutes to have the pleasure of speaking with Ruth. I told her I wanted to cancel my order and she looked up my information and said the order had been processed and shipped so I would have to send the product back and they would credit the product but not the shipping. I explained to her that I had just placed the order prier to this call and I looked up the reviews and didn't want her to ship it at all.

She said she couldn't even process the recurring charges till after 30 days. I told Ruth that I would be making a call to my credit card company and have the charges stopped at my end and she said that I would still be responsible for the shipping and handling.. Again I said RUTH! It hasn't been shipped yet.

I just placed the order! She proceeded to tell me that she had been using the product for 3 years and how well it worked for her. She wanted to know my reasons for returning it. I reminded her of their "No questions asked" return policy and she continued to tell me the benefits of the Snake oil.

An how I would be happier if I left the recurring billing in place because any interruption in the use of the product would result in unwanted results. I again told her there will be no interruption because I don't want to try it at all. These people are crazy. High pressure Snake Oil of century salespeople.

After 15 minutes going round and round she said she would see if her supervisor could go to the warehouse and pull the shipment so I wouldn't be charged. Really? This is all I wanted in the first place and your no questions asked return policy just cost me 45 wasted minutes on hold and the phone. Shame on Larry King for endorsing such a product.

I have a know new view of Celebrity endorsed products. Never Again!

Do not try this product. I had a seizure after being seizure free for over 25 years.

I too have tried to cancel and was told not to that everything would be ok. Do you try this product, it's a matter of life and death. Your pain will never go away and over time two weeks (the time they tell you you will see results) nothing will happen. Shame on Larry King, shame.

I'm enbarrased. I want my money back.

If my funding is not return I will file a formal complaint against the Agency. I will never purchase anything like this again.

Myself, my Wife and my Mummy used OmegaXL for joint and backpain. It does not work for any of us.

The company simply make false claims and exploiting many people. On the second month, I requested my my money back, they told me I have to use it for 3 months to get the money back. On the third month when I requested my money back for non effective supplement , I was told that I have exceeded 3month therefore I cannot get my money back. The people at this company are just bunch of trick stars, they are *** men.

I have to write this to protect other people from being exploited this way. They completely refused to give me a refund for non effective product even though they pitch this in their product presentation. in conclusion, this company is dangerous to the public, and their product is completely in effective as demonstrated by 3 people using it in my household .

They make false promises of refund they just want to continue to extort the public. They must be stoped.
