warning: I have never delt with a more insufficient and disorganized company in my life. I had ordered product for my Granddaughter because she was in great pain due to inflammation and after 6 months and increasing the dosage as recommended by XL there was no improvement to her health.

I also referred this product to someone else and again no significant change in there health.

I was to receive a referral check from great health works which took over 5 months and so many phone calls that I lost track. every person I talked to said they would look into the situation but no cheque. I think they thought I would go away, not a chance. I finally started to harass them and insisted on talking to a supervisor. cheque issued but sent to the wrong address ?. I finally received my cheque but I will never deal with this company again

Great Health also shipped product to me even after I had cancelled my order and I had to go threw the same scenario as I did before to get my money back. I finally have my life back, but what a fight. " BE WARNED "

Upon returning 8 months worth of Omega XL they have no record of any returns and are refusing to refund for the returns. Consumers beware, they charge you and conveniently lose any record of your return.

Had tried Omega XL for almost 40 days, felt no difference. Took forever to get thru on the phone to inquire how to send the unused portion back...and then was interrogated by the customer service rep when I had requested the information.

They make it extremely difficult to request a refund. Waited on hold for 15 minutes in order to speak with someone. I cannot believe these celebrity endorsements for this product....I no longer have ANY RESPECT for these celebrities that endorse this junk!

Do not recommend any one order this Omega XL. If you are not satisfied with it, you must mail back unused portion.

I ordered Omega XL on June 8, 2014 through the internet primarily because of the unconditional money back guarantee. I tried the product for the period of time I was willing to without any positive results.

On July 14, 2014 from work I attempted to contact someone to cancel the recurring auto-shipment. I was promptly placed on hold via the usual automated systems all companies now have. The wait time was 8 minutes. Finally someone answered only to inform me after a series of several questions that he couldn't locate my order.

Although I had the invoice in hand and gave him all the numbers he couldn't locate my order. This individual then forwarded me to another number which was promptly answered by another automated system placing me on hold with a wait time of 15 minutes. Finally a *** named Roger Coleman answered the phone. I attempted to explain to him that I wanted to cancel the product since I believed it wasn't working for me.

Roger repeatedly tried to tell me I didn't give the product enough time to work he knew because he's been taking the product and it works for him. Finally I hung up the phone. Approximately 5 minutes later Roger (***) called me back reiterating the garbage he tried to feed me the first time. I hung up once again.

I immediately called my credit card company and filed a complaint.

The company Great HealthWorks the company listed on my invoice is terrible. There is no guarantee as posted.

If anyone reading this wishes to do business with us they may pay with any of the methods described. Omega XL offers clinical testing to prove the greater efficacy of our product and its ingredients.

If you are not happy with Omega XL and want to stop the monthly charges, act immediately by going to your bank and asking them to cancel your debit card (never use a credit card when ordering anything). When they cancel your debit card, they will issue you a new one and it will have a different number but still attached to the same account.

When XL people try to take money from that account, they will not be able to do it. It will bounce back to them. NEVER GIVE ANYONE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER. But you can change your debit card and stop them from collecting your money.

If you want to try something else, here is another suggestion. Go to your nearest drug store and purchase a cash card from Visa for the exact amount or a little more for the product you want to buy and try out. Do not any more money into that prepaid Visa account and they are UNABLE to draw any funds from it! My advice is to ALWAYS buy any supplement you believe is good for you (do your research) from GNC or something other supplement or health store.

Buy the product when you want it. They may not sell Omega XL, but you can bet there is another product with the same strength and more pure or GNC could not remain in business. I get everything (vitamins and a few supplements) from GNC. If they don't work, I don't work, don't buy another bottle.

Get the word out that ALL OFFERS ON TV OR ON THE RADIO will suck money from your banking account.

SO DO NOT GIVE THEM A CARD FROM YOUR BANK; BUY A PREPAID VISA, ETC. AND USE THAT.

It works for me! Ran out of it and my joints started hurting again! I also noticed my heart racing when climbing 3 flights of stairs to my apartment which I wasn't experiencing when taking it. I will be ordering more for sure!

I'd think it be a whole lot easier for the people who CAN'T get the company to stop charging their accounts or credit cards to just simply let your banks do their jobs by alerting them that you did NOT AUTHORIZE these additional charges. However generally you must make the attempt to retrieve your funds back or have charges reversed yourself first!!

I agree this May be an annoyance as well however bankers on the other hand don't put up with being screwed out of their money by companies as you all described. They have high powered bulldog lawyers on hand, general populous doesn't. Why don't you just let them represent your bank over the actions they caused themselves! I wouldn't put up with that!

I'd certainly never permit my money from being drained out of my account! Too many people are reporting these types of actions that occur and their lying down and accepting this as if they don't have a choice to FIGHT BACK! Please people ask your banks to refund your money based on unauthorized withdrawals or charges. Let them know you made a one time purchase only.

Don't let companies suck you dry! The sales reps. For these companies are trained only for a few days they do as they are told most earning minimum wage or percentages of their sales. I admit their almost as guilty, but there is probably only 1-2 supervisors who know HOW to do over rides and credit the customers.

That's why the supervisor positions are essentially 1 per every 25 sales reps. You do the math. Their company is COUNTING ON OUR HANGING UP AND SAYING OH WELL I HAVE NO OPTIONS NOW! Well you do People you really do, it's called FRAUD UNIT/ CONSUMER PROTECTION.

EVERY Financial institution has one if their Federally backed.

Meanwhile in all fairness has ANYONE TRIED THIS PRODUCT? Carolyn from Md.

I specifically told the representative that I didn't want to subscribe to the product, yet they put me on the list and began charging my credit card anyway. I even told them that I might enjoy the product, but if they add me to the subscription, the I would never purchase the product ever.

They still added me to the subscription. They representative was even argumentative when I told her not to do this. I believe they do this on purpose because there are probably enough consumers that let this go to make it worth there while.

This is very unscrupulous practice.

My mother,my sister and I all ordered Omega XL. It didn't work and was *** near impossible to cancel. My sister received overdrafts in her acct because she was too intimidated by the sales rep. I don't know how they are getting away with selling these supplements that don't even work,not refunding money and using God to peddle this product. They ought to he ashamed.
