Customer Service for Omega XL told me 2 tablets daily---wrong....it starts with 4 daily...so you use up your $60 bottle plus your free one before the 4-6 weeks they claim it takes to see affects can even happen....so I called to cancel any future shipments and to get my money back per their guarantee, and they just kept putting me on eternal hold....this is standard practice. So, I tried faxing them to the fax on their own letterhead...it is a bogus number....so I am writing them a certified letter next.

Apparently many have had this same problem! They will likely make the news like AOL---what a nightmare!

So I call to claim on my 90 day Guarantee and was told to increase my dosage, so I did. I also in the same phone call asked when my time was up they said to call 2/15/2015 to cancel order and get full refund.

So I call on 2/15/2015 as I was told they are closed. So today 2/16/2015 I called and they said I missed my 90 days. How is that my fault. Good luck I hope the Omega XL works for you it is a great product but does not work for me. The one thing I really like is how this product is harvested.

This commercial on Larry king about omega xl is the biggest crock I heard of.DONT believe what you hear on TV.They say.but dont produce! Dont buy anything on TV.

I have an arthritic wrist from a break 20 years ago, so my wife ordered me Omega XL for Christmas 2014. I followed the instructions to the letter and after three bottles, no change in the condition. I actually felt like it was giving me heartburn at times.

I called 2/9/15 to cancel. I was on hold for 15 minutes before "my best friend Ruth" picked up. She obviously zabasearched my name and began to mention where I'm from and believe or not she lived there too! Such a small world... I didn't engage in smalltalk... I called to cancel.

She was belligerent and would not accept the cancellation. I was calling to cancel the auto-ship, but she informed me of the money-back guarantee. I reacted quickly and directed the conversation down that path. Regardless of what I said she kept trying to sell me more product! I told her that I am frustrated with her and asked if she's cancelling my "subscription" or not and refunding the dollars invested. After another 5 or so minutes of sales pitches from "my personal customer care" extolling the virtues of Omega XL ("You know Larry King and many other celebrities have great results with the product" she said...Maybe if I had kept her on the phone longer, she would have told me that the same Larry King helped Sandy Koufax's arthritic shoulder with Omega XL) It's a complete BS operation.

She said that two credits would hit the credit card in 3 to 4 weeks. I suspect that I will need to call the credit card company to dispute the charges.

I ordered Omega XL and first shipment was 12/29, 2nd on 1/26/15. I called to cancel my order on 2/09 & they claim I ordered last Sept & refused my refund!

They had my wrong credit card no. & said they changed computer systems today. Product did nothing to relieve my pain & two of my dr.

told me to stop taking Omega XL. I want my money back!

My sister called for Omega XL. She thought it would be a help.

The customer rep kept saying she could try free memberships FOR FREE. It's FREE! It's FREE! When I talked to Andrea there, she said they always tell the customer about the programs three times.

But my sister has medical problems and doesn't want to go anywhere too far from our hospital...so why would she try a travel club???? We don't buy much because we don't have much money...so why would she try a buying club? We got the memberships canceled but we lost..we got two $1.95 taken from us for registration fees.

Well, why didn't Omega XL tell my sister that there is a non-refundable fee? I was told the monitor would call me back today with the recording of what my sister said (and what THEY said) but I still haven't heard from anyone!

You people need to eat right and exercise. No need for supplements right boost yourself up.

Get up and work out. Fat skinny whoever you are do what's best for you and your health. Stay away from those chips and cookies. Sodas, candy.

Etc. The problem is what you eat.

Blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol issues comes from a poor diet. You are what you eat.
