I was going to purchase these pills. But all I read were complaints saying they cant cancel and or waited on hold for over 45 minutes to cancel.

I hope the product sucks because IM not going to try it due to their unacceptable cancel auto pay.

I heard the same message for 1 hour. I had to hang up.

I tried again later and got the same. Overwhelming response is not an infrequent message but standard. I am still trying to cancel the order and my Mom said she never received any order. I did not follow up with her assuming the order would be handled promptly and so five months have gone by.

( I am on auto pay ) I have never experienced any worse customer service.

Have not heard back yet to the email I sent. I guess the next move will be the credit card company the payments are being charged to.

It worked great, I also informed them from day one not to hit my card, with auto refill, and did just that. I just could not afford it at that time. Now I am going to start again.

Before I ordered they stated again and again we could easily cancel future shipments by simply calling their toll free number. When you call they put you on hold forever, stating they are experiencing an "unexpected" high call volume.

I have already read testimonies that they have sent new product out even though that person waited on the phone forever, finally talked to someone, then "officially" cancelled all further orders. Look here is what I do to outfits like this; Before they can send me out a second shipment, I simply call my bank and tell them my credit card was destroyed. They immediately void that card number and send me out a new card with a new number at no charge. Then if these "crooks" send you out another order you get to keep it for free because there is no way they can charge your old card, they do not know what your new card number is.

Additionally they are too busy ripping off others to take the time to give you a bad credit mark. Maybe this, in a small way, will make up for all those who have been ripped off by having their cards dinged for a second shipment that they had called in an told them they did not want. IS THEIR ANYONE LEFT WHO IS HONEST OUT THERE IN TV LAND???

Omega Xl - Less Pain and More Flexibility

After taking the Omega XL I noticed that I didn’t have as much pain and that I had more flexibility. I could get right up from a sitting position and go whereas before, I had to wait a while. I’m able to garden and get up and down the stairs with less pain. I swear by the Omega XL it has really helped me for sure.

Going Back to Omega XL

After I stopped taking the Omega XL, my hips and knees started hurting again in addition to joint pain. It finally hit me; it’s the Omega XL, so I had to get back on it. I swear by it now. I haven’t done anything different so I know it was the Omega XL that made me feel better.

Return of the June 3 amount they took from my account and to never hear from them again. NEVER!

I called to order a trial. The trial came with automatic reordering.

They sent another trial. Now I paid for two trials. I tried to cancel and they said I did cancel but I now have received another withdrawal from my account. I try to call.

As soon as they hear the word cancel, they disconnect. I don't know what happens to my emails. But I have sent emails cancelling. I have filed a complaint with my bank, but it looks like I may have to cancel my card to get rid of these leeches.

Shame on Larry King. By the way, I have faithfully taken the capsules as ordered, but they don't help.

In fact, my pain is worse. I thought it might be the Spring weather, but now I think it is the OmegaXaL

I recently had open heart surgery and found that any fish oil supplement influences clotting factors. I had ordered Omega XL while recuperating and had thought it may help overall inflammation.

Who knows? It may. The point is that I could not take it given my present medical situation. I called customer support and listened to messages of concern and service while I waited 45 minutes.

Customer service is terrible! If they truly believe in their product it should stand on its own merits.

Don't make it hard to come and go. Don't try to sell a customer once he has said no.
