BEWARE!

I had an extremely negative experience with Health Works Omega XL. I had tried to cancel my account a mouth earlier and was "talked into" keeping the account open, they extended a small discount and said I should at least try the products for 3 months. After the three months I had stomach issues taking OmegaXL and also my doctor recommended I stop taking any vitamins before a scheduled surgery.

My boss had order the product at the same time. She happened to tell me she was having stomach disorders and stopped taking the OmegaXL and they went away. I told her I had stomach disorders as well since taking the OmegaXL.

When I tried to cancel my account the second time, I also got the runaround, the first rep tried to convince me to keep the account open and could not refund the new payment, and he transferred me to someone else, went through the same routine. After 30 minutes I was told they would refund $25.00 of the $40.00 payment (which had not been processed but was "pending" in my account). But for me to get the $25.00 refund I had to keep the account open until Nov. 2015! Five more months! I said NO, please close this account and refund the money, they wouldn't refund the money if I closed my account. And, the charge was for the next shipment, it had not even shipped yet! I said my account better be closed and I'll be out the $40.00 dollars!

Do NOT do business with this company, they have too many gimmicks and high pressure sales people, and NO customer service. I don't believe the product works, plus it is overpriced. Now, my boss has asked me to cancel her account with them, I am certain I will have the same experience. I'll be sure to leave another review.

I have found that a person with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and a person with ex Cancer patient I tried Omega XL and it has worked for me. I was felt that Army had march over my body during the night.

I would like to know what else is in this pill besides the oil also take Coumadin. Please call and talk to me about the ingredients. I have 4 people that need an antinflmatory.

Just quit ripping people off by making it so hard to cancel autoship. Is it too much to ask? Sure, you'll lose money, but you'll have integrity!

Folks, just steer clear of any company that offers a "deal", on the condition that an autoship will kick in if you don't cancel! Or at least do a little research on websites like this before ordering.

So many companies are depending on people not reading the fine print, or they make it nearly impossible to cancel your autoship once they have your credit card information. To me, plain and simple, it's credit card fraud.

They, of course, do this intentionally for the sole purpose of stealing more of your money--that's what it amounts to. Companies will vehemently deny this, but by their fruits, they shall be known!

I just have to say that maybe alot of you are not giving omega XL a chance I ordered it and my husband started takeing it immediately. His pain level went from a 7 to a 2 in a week .and now we have .a lot of it .and lots of the probiotic. When taken together it's amazing.very afforadable.to get rid of your pain.The haddock will never stop buying Omega xl. It's the best product on the market.larry king thank you.

Every time I call they put me on hold for excessive periods of time, especially when it is close to billing time. When I called and wanted to change my billing information they promptly came to the phone, but when I told them I wanted to cancel my subscription, they connected me to a different department, needless to say the other department never came to the phone and after 15 minutes of waiting they sent me to voice mail.

They will put me on hold for 20 -30 minutes or never come to the phone.

One time, after holding 30 minutes someone actually answered and pretended they couldn't hear me then hung up the phone! I have been trying to contact them to cancel my subscription unsuccessfully for 3 months.

I am so glad that I decided to research this right before purchasing it. I literally just started filling out the online form to get the bogo offer.

Hadn't something gave me the itch to look further into it, it would have been a sale. I have never seen so many negative reviews. No one wants to be in pain so it was horribly unethical to give all these trusting consumers the run around for their own money. Not only did you lose repeat customers, but you also lost new ones who were seriously ready to purchase this product.

Fish burps it is! It sounded like a good product, but unless they send it free without my cc information, I will never know.

Thank you all for saving me money and frustration. Larry King, you know better smh.

Im very pissed, i never agreed to have the product auto ship after the first purchase..I explained i wanted to try the product before re ordering..I received a huge charge on my debit card from this company. I spoke to a representative & demanded a supervisor, after 30 mins of him saying he is sorry & let me let him help me..i was getting more upset..The supervisor was nice but first stated it would take 30 days for my refund & i explained to her I need my money & it was for a bill, she then said it would take 3 days.My bank account is over drafted due to all this..Its shouldn't even take 3 days..Im reporting it to a higher source

I want to watch the disc that came with it and cannot get it to play. Is there something wrong with this item? What problems are there? Is it best to send it back? Does it work. Please tell me what to do. I am trying to get 100 words in here and it is not easy.

I just want to know how to get the disc to work and don't have anyone to ask so please tell me what I should do. I don't know why it does not play. Please help me. I am old and it is very difficult.

Due to the reviews and the difficulty in canceling the subscription, I have decided not to purchase Omega XL. I imagine they lose a lot of sales for the same reason. What an incredibly bad business model.
